Grading
For sod and seed installs we use a box blade pulled by a tractor. This allows us to smooth your yard. We then hand rake to remove debris. This is a small amount of tractor work because most yards are final graded by the builder. We provide what is called the Finish Grade.
If your lot has had extensive work done after your final grade it may be necessary for additional grading, with either a box blade tractor or a bulldozer. There is an additional charge for this service.
